The role is responsible for cultivating provider relationships, supporting admissions and census growth, developing strategic marketing initiatives, coordinating cross-functionally, and maintaining ethical and regulatory standards.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (healthcare admin, marketing, business) required
• 5 - 8 years of work experience in healthcare sales, behavioral health, or clinical field

• Established referral network in behavioral health is a major plus
• Strong understanding of insurance/payer landscape
• Master's degree
