The Marketing Specialist plans and executes marketing activities to promote its services, conducts market research, develops campaigns, supports lead generation, and tracks performance to optimize results.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing marketing activities that promote our sourcing and consulting services in Vietnam and abroad
• Conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying target audiences and opportunities
• Develops and implements marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels, collaborates with sales and operations teams to align messaging, and supports lead generation initiatives
• Creating marketing materials, managing online presence, and tracking campaign performance to optimize results
• Works closely with customer-facing teams to ensure consistent communication and a strong brand presence

Skills

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze markets, define target segments, and plan campaigns
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support lead generation, nurture prospects, and collaborate on closing opportunities
• Candidates should possess digital marketing and content creation abilities to manage online channels and marketing assets
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are beneficial
• Experience in B2B services, sourcing, consulting, or international trade, especially in Southeast Asia, is an advantage
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and use marketing analytics tools is preferred
