TP-Link Systems Inc. is hiring a Distribution Sales Manager to grow revenue and profitability through its enterprise distribution channel. The role builds distributor relationships, drives promotions and inventory planning, supports regional sales teams, and evaluates market trends and competitive information.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Revenue and profitability for TP-Link Products as they are sold into all TP-Link Enterprise Channel. Established an environment and foundation for future sales growth, by forecasting and driving inventory at the distribution level
• Directs the selling activities with targeted distribution promotions, focused on new product launches, overstocked merchandise at TP-Link, and product life cycle. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives
• Efficiently communicate with the regional sales team, while working in conjunction with the other TP-Link business teams and TP-Link Partner Program, to ensure attention and growth
• Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identifying trends that effect current and future growth of everyday sales and profitability

Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in networking, surveillance security industry
• A bachelor's degree is required
• Experience with managing enterprise electronics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation
• Working Knowledge of B2B Market segment with a 2-tier approach
• Strong closing skills, with proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills
• Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers
• Familiarity in measuring and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM
