Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MANN+HUMMEL is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead sales of WIX FILTER and MANN FILTER products in West Texas. The role focuses on growing district sales, developing customer accounts, analyzing market opportunities, and supporting customers across the automotive aftermarket and related industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within your district, meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas and financial objectives
• Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships
• Participate in business reviews and planning sessions with customers
• Conduct sales training, customer meetings, and fleet surveys
• Provide prompt, professional resolution to customer issues, maintaining high customer service standards
• Evaluate market trends, competitive information, and industry challenges to identify growth opportunities
• Develop insights into market and customer trends affecting sales and profitability
• Maintain accurate records and communications, including required business forms, reports, and email correspondence
• Analyze and manage fleet reporting to align with company policies
• Participate in customer inventories, changeovers, and inventory relocations as needed
• Extensive daily travel within your district, with occasional overnight travel. A company car will be provided for local/regional business use

Skills

• Bachelor's degree OR at least 5 years of relevant sales experience without a degree
• Proven ability to meet sales goals using sound business management, customer relationship building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities
• Ability to deliver product training and implement new sales strategies
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Automotive aftermarket, heavy-duty, off-road equipment, or related industries
• Experience using Salesforce CRM preferred
