Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced EHR Implementation Project Manager for a large-scale eClinicalWorks implementation across a multi-site physician practice. The role will lead end-to-end implementation activities, including project planning, testing, data migration, training, change management, stakeholder coordination, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end eCW implementation across multiple locations
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, resources, and milestones
• Coordinate system testing, data migration, integrations, and go-live readiness
• Lead training, change management, super-user, and adoption initiatives
• Partner with physicians, clinical teams, operations, executives, and vendors
• Manage go-live support and post-implementation optimization

Skills

• 5+ years of healthcare technology implementation experience
• 3+ years leading EHR implementation projects
• Hands-on eClinicalWorks (eCW) implementation experience required
• Experience with ambulatory or physician practice environments
• Experience managing large, multi-site healthcare implementations
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
• PMP, Prosci, or specialty physician practice experience is a plus
