Key Objectives

• Support internal teams by handling routine email communications and follow-ups.

• Assist in improving email workflows and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage multiple email accounts, prioritizing messages based on urgency and importance.

• Draft, proofread, and send professional email correspondence on behalf of various departments.

• Organize and archive emails systematically to maintain easy access and retrieval.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure follow-up actions are completed promptly.

• Identify and flag important communications requiring escalation or immediate attention.

• Assist in creating email templates and standard responses to streamline communication.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Provide occasional administrative support as needed to support other remote team members.

Requirements
