The Employee Relations Consultant will work independently to support and guide managers on various employee relations issues, providing coaching, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and reputed company support to management on employee relations issues, including but not limited to: conducting investigations and disciplinary actions (including involuntary terminations). • In coordination with the Sr.HR Business Partner and HR senior Leadership, create and interpret company policies and procedures

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience
• Five (+) years of relevant work experience

• Proficiency in MS Office
