Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership across Enterprise Analytics, Finance, and Strategy. The role leads cross-functional analytics and data governance initiatives, develops enterprise reporting and dashboards, and delivers actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI
• Build and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines utilizing SQL and Databricks
• Leverage Epic Clarity and healthcare data sources to deliver meaningful business insights
• Lead and support enterprise data governance and data quality initiatives
• Create automated monitoring, anomaly detection, and surveillance reporting solutions
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive data-informed decisions

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of business acumen experience required
• Advanced Power BI development experience
• SQL, ETL, and Data Engineering expertise
• Databricks experience
• Epic Clarity healthcare reporting experience
• Strong data governance and data quality mindset
• Experience with surveillance, fraud detection, compliance, or investigative analytics
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, statistical analysis, and data visualization
• Master's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of analytics experience preferred
• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience preferred
• 5+ years of statistical analysis experience preferred
• Experience working with Epic Clarity and healthcare data environments
• Experience designing enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI
• Experience supporting compliance, pharmacy, fraud detection, surveillance, or investigative analytics initiatives
