The role involves conducting needs-based reviews, explaining life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options, assisting with coverage decisions, and maintaining client relationships through virtual appointments and follow-up communication.

Responsibilities

• Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
• Schedule and lead virtual appointments
• Learn about client needs, goals, and coverage concerns
• Explain available insurance products and services
• Assist clients with making informed coverage decisions
• Complete timely follow-up communication
• Build professional relationships through excellent service
• Participate in regular coaching and training sessions

• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
• No prior insurance experience is required
