The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and enhancing Epic Reporting Workbench reports, Radar dashboards, and Cogito-based reporting solutions, along with data validation, optimization, deployment, documentation, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and enhance Epic Reporting Workbench (RWB) reports and Radar dashboards
• Develop Cogito-based operational and analytical reporting solutions
• Work with Epic Clarity and SQL for retrospective and data-driven reporting needs
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into effective reporting solutions
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support
• Support deployment, documentation, and ongoing enhancements across multiple regions and programs
• Strong experience with Epic Cogito, RWB, Radar, Clarity, and SQL; relevant Epic certification/accreditation preferred
