The role supports revenue cycle optimization through workflow analysis, system enhancements, testing, implementation, claims management, and application support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize Epic PB workflows
• Support system enhancements, configuration, and build activities
• Participate in testing and implementation efforts
• Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders to improve revenue cycle processes
• Support claims processing, billing operations, and reimbursement initiatives
• Investigate and resolve denials, claim edits, and workflow challenges
