Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Going Beyond Business is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Intern to expand the visibility and impact of its brand. The intern will create and post content, promote offerings and events, engage with online communities, and support outreach and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Create and post content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and X (Twitter)
• Design simple graphics and marketing assets using Canva
• Support content planning, repurposing, and scheduling
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
• Promote consulting offers, cohort programs, digital downloads, and events
• Support visibility and marketing efforts for launches and event
• Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas to improve reach
• Engage with audience comments, messages, and brand interactions
• Provide content support for community groups (posts, prompts, announcements)
• Help build and nurture relationships through consistent online engagement
• Support brand outreach by engaging with potential clients, collaborators, and aligned communities
• Assist in identifying and initiating connections with potential partners and brand opportunities

Skills

• Strong interest in marketing, branding, entrepreneurship, personal development, or business growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning and using new technology, platforms, and AI tools
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to receive feedback
• Creative thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and X
• Basic Canva skills or willingness to learn
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Previous experience creating content, managing social media, marketing a business, organization, personal brand, school project, volunteer initiative, or community group is preferred but not required
