The Field Sales Director will own a territory, build physician relationships, drive prescriptions, address patient access issues, and meet performance goals.

• Hit clear daily metrics against ambitious goals

Skills

• Commercial, physician-facing experience
• Proven results ranked against peers
• A science or medical degree, or a pharma or health tech role
• Extensive travel within your territory
• Rare disease launch experience
• MD, RN or NP
• Startup health tech sales
