Responsibilities

• The Financial Advisor will provide personalized financial planning, including budgeting, retirement planning, and investment strategies aligned with clients’ health and wellness goals
• Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client financial situations, recommending appropriate financial products or strategies, and explaining complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language
• The role also involves preparing financial reports, tracking client progress, and collaborating with MantraCare’s multidisciplinary team to integrate financial wellbeing into broader care plans

Skills

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory, with experience tailoring guidance to diverse client needs
• Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge, including budgeting, cash flow analysis, and risk management
• Candidates should possess expertise in Retirement Planning and Investments, with the ability to design long-term, goal-based strategies
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain complex topics, and work with cross-functional teams
