Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Saatva is a luxury, eco-responsible mattress and bedding company expanding its eCommerce and retail footprint. The Financial Analyst will support corporate finance through budgeting and forecasting, cash flow analysis, financial modeling, reporting, data visualization, and executive presentations for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Execute core F P&A duties, including the development and maintenance of annual budgets and rolling monthly forecasts
• Perform detailed cash flow modeling to support liquidity management and retail expansion planning
• Build and stress-test financial models to support valuation and long-term corporate planning
• Consolidate financial data and prepare monthly reporting packages that highlight KPIs and variance analysis
• Create ad-hoc reports and interactive dashboards to monitor eCommerce and store performance
• Synthesize complex financial concepts into clean, "board-ready" PowerPoint decks for senior leadership

Skills

• Who has at least a year of experience in a highly quantitative and analytical environment
• Expert at communicating financial information to various financial and non-financial teams
• At least 1 years of experience in a quantitatively heavy role
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• A strong foundational understanding of GAAP and 3-statement financial integration
• You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, possesses a strong sense of urgency, has strong influencing skills and can communicate financial "why" to non-financial partners
• Ideally in a complex business, e.g., multiple revenue streams
• ECommerce, Store retail, Consumer Goods , etc.are a plus
• V/H Look-ups Index/Match, Pivot Tables, nested IF statements, and Data Validation
• Experience withPowerPoint , Sage Intacct (ERP) and Tableau (Data Viz)
