The Full-Stack Software Engineer will build front-end interfaces and back-end systems for AI agent workflows, collaborate with AI teams, and deliver scalable, reliable engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain intuitive front-end interfaces (web dashboards, control panels) that manage complex AI agent workflows
• Build robust back-end services handling API integrations, agent orchestration, and system scalability
• Collaborate with AI teams to translate RL planners and models into efficient, production-ready services
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable engineering solutions
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, documentation, and modern DevOps practices
• Provide ongoing support and iteration for deployed engineering solutions

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field
• • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Next.js)
• • Solid backend experience with Python or Go, and designing RESTful APIs / microservices
• • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for building scalable, high-impact systems
• • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts and understand business needs
• • Ability to quickly navigate and understand complex engineering ecosystems
• • Experience with orchestration tools, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• • Experience building tools for AI/ML workflows or developer platforms
• • Familiarity with real-time systems and event-driven architectures
