Legal Intake Professionals is hiring a Legal Intake Representative to serve as the first point of contact for people seeking legal assistance. The role manages inbound calls with empathy, gathers and documents caller information, and routes inquiries to the appropriate department.

Responsibilities

• First Impressions and Client Advocacy: Act as the primary, highly professional initial point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance
• Active Listening and Call Management: Lead empathetic, thorough conversations with callers to gather necessary context, missing details, and vital background information
• Accurate Data Entry: Document complex inquiries into our intake management systems quickly and accurately, maintaining high standards for spelling, grammar, and detail
• Problem Solving and Navigation: Multi-task seamlessly between phone calls and internal systems to route inquiries to the correct department
• Team and Attendance Commitment: Consistently arrive on time and be fully prepared for scheduled shifts to ensure continuous support for our clients and their team members

Skills

• We are seeking dynamic, personable, and articulate individuals who are genuinely passionate about advocating for others
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities including strong diction, flawless grammar, and precise spelling
• A warm, professional tone of voice that naturally conveys empathy, active listening, and genuine care
• Fast, accurate typing skills with a comfortable working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment and basic office applications
• Candidates must utilize personal equipment meeting all technical requirements during the initial introductory period
• Must run Windows 11 or higher (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible with our systems.) and have at least 1GB of space
• A direct, wired Ethernet connection is required
• Minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• A wired USB headset equipped with a microphone
• A screen with a minimum resolution of 1600X900
• Fluency in a second language, especially Spanish, is highly valued to support our diverse client community
• A dual monitor set up is highly recommended to easily navigate multiple systems simultaneously
