The DXN Group is hiring a Gallery Delivery Assistant and Content Creator to prepare, check, track, and deliver finished photo galleries and films to couples. The role also creates social media content from approved galleries and behind-the-scenes production and delivery work across two brand accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prep, check and deliver finished photo galleries and films to couples on time
• Catch the details: missing images, naming, order, music, links that work
• Track every delivery so couples always know what's coming and when
• Coordinate with our post-production team in Google Workspace, ClickUp and Slack
• Create content about the galleries we deliver: sneak peeks, reveals, before-and-after edits and the stories behind the images (only from galleries cleared for use)
• Film behind-the-scenes videos of post-production and delivery days
• Hit a set weekly minimum of videos across two brand accounts on every major platform: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Pinterest and Threads
• Spot trends early and turn them into content that feels like us, not like everyone else

Skills

• You already create content and have a feed that shows it
• You've managed social media for a brand, a club, a creator or yourself
• You have a great eye for photos, video and editing, and you notice what others miss
• You dive in without waiting to be told
• You're organized, reliable and comfortable on camera
• Social media is required
