The role develops demand activation plans and campaigns, equips sellers with business development tools, collaborates with marketing and regional teams, and measures program performance.

Responsibilities

• Build firmwide demand activation plans for the product-focused business line in partnership with leadership and regional marketing leaders
• Develop targeted campaigns, events, and lead programs that engage technology-focused decision-makers and generate new opportunities
• Equip sellers with messaging, market intelligence, campaign assets, and other tools that support business development efforts
• Collaborate across marketing, business development, and regional teams to execute programs that complement regional growth priorities
• Measure campaign performance, identify successful strategies, and scale effective programs across the organization

Skills

• 6+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B environment
• Product marketing or product-focused experience
• Experience building demand-generation, account-based marketing, or sales-enablement programs that support complex sales cycles
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot
• Experience with technology solutions, professional services, consulting, nonprofit organizations, or fundraising
