Addepar is a global data and AI platform that helps investment professionals turn complex financial information into actionable intelligence. The Growth Marketing Manager, Single Family Offices, will lead performance marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing programs to expand the Single Family Office segment, generate high-value leads, and accelerate pipeline growth. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration, campaign optimization, targeted events, and serving as a subject matter expert on family office markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across performance channels (digital, paid media, email, web, etc.) to drive brand awareness, high-value lead generation, and pipeline acceleration within the Single Family Office segment
• Partner closely with Product Marketing and Content teams to align on messaging and content strategy to ensure effective messaging in market
• Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to efficiently monitor campaign performance, deliver clear data points, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate a high-impact portfolio of digital activations, content distribution, and boutique event/roundtable marketing activities tailored to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) networks
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of family office market trends, integration requirements, and persona challenges, serving as the team's SME on how these can be leveraged across growth campaigns

Skills

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing
• Preferably in the financial technology, wealth management, or software industry
• Proven experience leading and driving performance marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing (ABM) programs
• Strong project management skills specifically managing multiple growth marketing initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build interpersonal connections with internal sales collaborators and external stakeholders
• Creative problem solver with a strategic perspective and a data-driven approach
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
