Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Beacon is a profitable B2B ecommerce software company serving wholesalers, manufacturers and distributors. The GTM Engineer will build and own the company’s outbound engine, creating pipeline through targeted prospecting, personalized outreach, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build target account and contact lists of wholesalers, manufacturers and distributors using tools like Clay, Apollo or AI Ark, plus tech signals such as which ERP, shipping or accounting software a company uses
• Write and run personalized multi-step outbound sequences, test messaging and keep improving reply and meeting rates
• Turn customer data and case studies into messaging tailored to each vertical
• Book qualified meetings and hand them to the closing team, and run early sales conversations when needed
• Track and report pipeline numbers (accounts reached, replies, meetings, opportunities) to show the channel is working

Skills

• About 3–7 years in growth, demand gen, GTM engineering or outbound at a B2B company
• You've built an outbound or lead-gen motion largely on your own, not just run someone else's playbook, and you have numbers to show for it: meetings booked, pipeline created, reply rates
• Hands-on with modern prospecting and data tools and with AI-driven list building, enrichment and personalization
• Self-directed and comfortable owning a channel at a small company with no sales playbook
• Experience selling or marketing to wholesalers, manufacturers or distributors, or at B2B commerce or ERP-adjacent SaaS

Benefits

• Fully remote work arrangement
• Uncapped commission; the founder is open to shaping the plan around results
• Startup scope without runway risk, at a profitable and stable company
• Rich customer data and an AI-forward team to build on
