Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pare & Co is hiring a Head of Marketing to lead its hands-on B2B marketing function. The role owns marketing planning, demand generation and content, and collaborates with business development and account leaders to measure opportunity quality and pipeline contribution.

Responsibilities

• Run Pare’s hands-on, day-to-day marketing function: turn expertise and client results into content, campaigns and qualified opportunities
• Own the marketing plan, calendar, approved budget, contractors, demand generation, case studies, website, newsletter, events and partner marketing
• Collaborate with Business Development and account leaders; use HubSpot and analytics to measure opportunity quality and pipeline contribution

Skills

• Typically 5–8 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, with independent campaign ownership for consulting, professional services or other complex B2B offerings
• Strong writing, digital advertising, demand generation, contractor management, CRM and analytics skills
• Practical AI use with careful quality review
• US work authorization required
