Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The hiring company is an enterprise AI business developing autonomous agents for enterprise data engineering, migration and infrastructure. The Head of Marketing will build the marketing function, shape positioning and go-to-market foundations, and lead hands-on marketing strategy and execution with the founders, engineering and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Product positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation
• Technical content, product launches, customer stories and sales enablement
• Demand generation, campaigns and industry events
• Building AI-enabled marketing workflows and, eventually, the wider team

Skills

• 6+ years in B2B technology product marketing , including substantial experience marketing technical enterprise software
• Direct experience in data infrastructure, data engineering, cloud platforms, developer tools or enterprise AI
• Hands-on product marketing execution
• You must have personally developed technical messaging, sales collateral, product content and positioning, not simply managed teams or agencies
• Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows , with concrete examples of improving productivity or output
• Experience working directly with technical product or engineering teams to translate complex capabilities into compelling commercial propositions
• US work authorisation without sponsorship
• Experience at companies such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt Labs or comparable technical software businesses is particularly relevant
