Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer / Contracts Specialist to manage, draft, and oversee agreements and health IT contract processes

Skills

• 7+ years drafting and executing MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and legal agreements
• 5+ years managing organized agreement repositories in SharePoint
• 5+ years working across Legal, Privacy/Security, Finance, and Procurement workflows
• Strong experience coordinating across legal, finance, and procurement teams
• Proven background in maintaining structured document archives
• 5+ years experience with Health Information Exchange (HIE) networks and clinical data concepts
• 3+ years familiarity with Medicaid Advance Planning Documents (APD) and federal funding processes
• Health IT background preferred
