This role focuses on sales-oriented recruiting, where the recruiter will engage with healthcare professionals, build relationships, and place them into contract and per diem opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with healthcare professionals through phone calls, referrals, job boards, social media, and other lead sources
• Execute daily outbound call blocks and recruiting activities
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals
• Conduct virtual interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Build relationships and guide candidates through the recruiting process
• Present job opportunities and create customized compensation packages
• Submit qualified clinicians to client opportunities
• Partner with Account Managers to proactively recruit for current and future client needs
• Maintain detailed and accurate records within CRM and recruiting systems
• Follow structured performance metrics, activity expectations, and recruiting KPIs
