HEDIS Nurse RN or LPN | Remote, New York Put your HEDIS experience to work from home. 360X Staffing is hiring experienced RNs and LPNs for a remote HEDIS contract supporting medical record review, accurate abstraction, and quality reporting. Position Details

• Location: Remote, New York
• Pay: $45.00/hour for RNs | $40.00/hour for LPNs
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Assignment: 3+ month contract
• License: Current, unrestricted New York RN or LPN license required

What You’ll Do Review medical records to identify and document the clinical information needed for assigned HEDIS measures. Your work will help ensure accurate reporting and identify whether members have received recommended care. Responsibilities include:

• Abstract electronic and paper medical records for GSD, BPD, CBP, COA, PPC, WCC, and TRC.
• Identify qualifying clinical documentation, lab results, vital signs, visits, and other measure-specific information.
• Enter findings accurately into designated HEDIS systems, databases, and vendor tools.
• Apply NCQA HEDIS technical specifications and internal abstraction guidelines.
• Meet established productivity, accuracy, and post-training performance standards.
• Assist with provider outreach and medical record retrieval as needed.
• Participate in quality reviews, overreads, and audit support.
• Protect confidential member and provider information and follow privacy requirements.

What You’ll Bring

• Current, unrestricted New York RN or LPN license.
• At least 1–2 years of clinical, quality, or healthcare experience.
• Recent HEDIS abstraction, chart review, or medical record review experience.
• Prior seasonal HEDIS experience with a health plan, managed care organization, vendor, or quality team.
• Working knowledge of NCQA HEDIS guidelines and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in at least four of these measures: GSD, BPD, CBP, COA, PPC, WCC, and TRC.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and abstraction platforms such as Inovalon, Quality Reporter, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage assigned work independently.
