• Communicate with applicants regarding recruitment steps, interview details, and scheduling.
• Review candidate information and application materials for completeness.
• Coordinate interviews, screening calls, and candidate appointments.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and hiring trackers.
• Update candidate statuses within recruitment or applicant tracking systems.
• Follow up with candidates regarding outstanding information or next steps.
• Assist recruitment team members with day-to-day hiring administration.
• Respond to routine applicant questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Organize recruitment documentation and digital candidate files.
