Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cindavi is hiring a Hydraulic Engineer to design and develop hydraulic systems and test circuits for factory equipment. The role leads hydraulic projects from requirements through completion, creates design documentation, and coordinates with mechanical, controls, and electrical engineering teams to support equipment upgrades across plants.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of hydraulic systems and test circuits for industrial, factory-based equipment
• Create clear, accurate hydraulic drawings and design documentation that support build, troubleshooting, and upgrades
• Lead hydraulic-focused projects from initial requirements through execution, coordination, and completion
• Partner closely with mechanical, controls, and electrical engineering teammates to deliver integrated machine solutions
• Support hydraulic upgrades at plants and help ensure projects are delivered on time, with strong technical ownership and minimal supervision

Skills

• At least five years of experience designing hydraulic equipment for manufacturing, industrial, or other factory environments
• Hands-on CAD experience, with the ability to learn new design tools quickly
• Strong AutoCAD experience creating and interpreting hydraulic drawings
• A demonstrated ability to lead projects, coordinate technical stakeholders, and keep work moving toward completion
• A degree is not required when supported by the relevant hands-on experience and technical capability
• SolidWorks experience preferred
