Are you an experienced business immigration paralegal who takes immense pride in your work, owns cases from case initiation to case filing, and believes in providing excellent client service? Under the supervision of an attorney, you will own the full lifecycle of cases from intake to filing, including client communications throughout the case lifecycle. Qualifications & Fit

• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, and 2+ years of business immigration experience across diverse visa types. Prefer a hybrid work schedule in our Century City office at least 3 days/week but open to remote for the right candidate. Parking Provided.
• Ideal Candidate: Self-driven paralegals who are detail-focused, comfortable working across and learning about varied visa categories. Must be adept at balancing meticulous attention to detail, partnership with sophisticated clients, robust communication and detailed execution.
• Not a Fit: Paralegals who are: seeking a purely supervisory role, focused on a specific visa type or client industry, unable to adapt to firm standards, bored by details, uncomfortable with direct client responsibility, or looking for a slower-paced environment.

Compensation & Perks

• Salary commensurate with experience ($60,000-$90,000)

Here’s the important info about the role:

• Start Date: ASAP (with the understanding that currently employed candidates will need to give notice).
• The-Day-to-Day Work: Draft, research, compile, review, and file H-1Bs, E-2/E-3s, TNs, J-1s, L-1s, O-1s, Ps, EB-1s, I-130s, IV CP, and AOS, under attorney supervision. In addition to your casework, communicate daily with clients and respond to all emails and phone calls within one business day. Help maintain the firm's 150+ 5-star reviews on Google by providing unparalleled client service and getting cases approved.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Google Workspace, Adobe, and BlueDot.
