Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RevSpring provides patient engagement and revenue cycle management services. The Implementation Consultant delivers implementation, evaluation, and assessment for the Patient Engagement product suite, works with clients and product managers to configure and enable products, and supports client onboarding and software upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality implementation, evaluation, and assessment within the Patient Engagement product suite
• The Implementation Specialist will become a SME for our products
• This individual can expect to spend a considerable amount of working with clients and product managers to configure and enable new or existing products
• The Implementation Specialist will also work to upgrade existing clients to the newest version of our software
• Provide quality onboarding, and upgrades to our clients
• Be a subject matter expert on our products to provided best practices and development implementation procedures
• Identify, suggest, and develop enhancements to the platform to enable greater supportability, and ease of use
• Therefore, the Implementation Ream Lead will perform various business support tasks such as documenting systems and processes and suggesting / implementing process and/or system improvements

Skills

• 2-3 years' experience in a implementation or support role within the Healthcare Industry
• Candidate must have a bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service within all dimensions of the job duties on a consistent basis
• Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge to apply to new situations
• Must be customer focused, have excellent customer service skills and phone mannerisms
• Must have excellent analytical/troubleshooting skills
• Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills are required
• Ability to organize and multi-task job responsibilities and prioritize effectively
• Has an entrepreneurial approach
• It is desired that the candidate has experiencing working with project tracking ticketing systems
• JIRA is preferred
