Specialty Search Group is an established healthcare technology organization seeking an experienced healthcare implementation and operations professional. The role focuses on partnering with customers to optimize clinical and administrative workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare customers to evaluate and improve operational workflows
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices and process optimization
• Deliver customer education, workflow consultations, and solution guidance
• Support customer onboarding, adoption, and long-term success
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Clinical Operations, and Technical teams to enhance the customer experience
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders across provider, payer, and pharmacy organizations
• Gather customer feedback and recommend enhancements that improve workflow efficiency

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, specialty pharmacy, payer operations, utilization management, reimbursement services, healthcare technology, or a related healthcare environment
• Experience working directly with healthcare customers, operational leaders, or cross-functional business teams
• Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows and process improvement
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with enterprise healthcare software, SaaS platforms, or workflow technology is preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
