Wonderly is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to run booked appointments for home improvement contractors and close jobs directly with homeowners. The role includes building quotes, following up on unsigned appointments, handing off sold jobs to contractor crews, and logging appointment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Show up to the appointments our team books for them
• Walk the job, build the quote, and close in the home
• Follow up on everything that doesn’t sign the first night
• Hand off clean to the contractor’s crew so the job gets built the way you sold it
• Log every appointment: outcome, ticket, objections, why it was won or lost

Skills

• If you've never closed a homeowner in person, this isn't the role
• Top closers in remodeling: kitchen, bath, design-build
• In-home sales for roofing, HVAC, plumbing, windows, siding, or other exteriors
• One-call-close environments where you had a number and hit it
• Anyone with a track record of closing homeowners in person
• You can take control of an appointment in the first five minutes without being pushy
• You can tell when someone's actually buying versus just shopping around
• You can give a price without losing the room
• You follow up until it's a yes or a clear no
• You can explain honestly why a deal was won or lost
