Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) Looking for a remote career with real earning potential? Ignition CX is hiring full-time Remote Inbound Sales Representatives for nationally recognized telecommunications and home service brands. This W-2 position offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and uncapped commission. You’ll handle approximately 15–25 inbound calls per day, often back-to-back, in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. While you will not make traditional outbound cold calls, customers may not be calling specifically to purchase the products or services you’ll offer. Success requires grit, resilience, confidence, and a strong sales drive. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. We provide the training and coaching to help motivated, competitive individuals succeed. Work Location & State Eligibility This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position. However, Ignition CX is currently authorized to hire only in select U.S. states. What You'll Do
