Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BENEV is recruiting an independent sales representative to grow sales of its aesthetics and regenerative biologics portfolio. The role focuses on building new business and strategic accounts, managing an independent sales pipeline and territory, and representing products to aesthetics providers.

Responsibilities

• You manage your own pipeline, your own calendar, and you don't need someone to hand you leads
• Interest in building or managing a team of Independent Sales Reps (ISR’s) is a strong plus; you can mentor them while earning commissions on their sales
• Building new business, growing strategic accounts
• Own your territory, represent a portfolio they believe in, and be compensated directly for the results they drive

Skills

• A savvy business owner who brings aesthetics or pharmaceutical sales experience to med spas, dermatology, or plastic surgery practices
• Have an established provider network in your territory, not just LinkedIn connections, but real relationships with decision-makers who take your call
• Operate with a consultative, practice-building mindset; you sell outcomes, not just products
• Are genuinely self-directed, you manage your own pipeline, your own calendar, and you don't need someone to hand you leads
• Interest in building or managing a team of Independent Sales Reps (ISR's)
