Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate your own leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
• Conduct discovery calls and identify client pain points
• Present and sell Beefy Marketing services and software solutions
• Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
• Manage your sales pipeline and hit monthly sales goals
• Educate clients on service benefits and ROI

Skills

• Proven experience in sales
• Self-starter mentality—you know how to hunt and close deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A strong understanding of small business pain points
• Confidence using CRM tools and virtual sales workflows
• Comfortable working on a commission-only structure to start
• Especially in marketing, tech, or agency environments
