Key Responsibilities
As a brighthush In‑Home Product Tester, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of consumer goods. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:
- Receiving a product kit and a detailed In‑Home Usage Test (IHUT) Daily Schedule that outlines tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, and using the product for a specified duration.
- Documenting your experience through screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and written journal entries as directed.
- Capturing Point‑of‑Emotion® insights using brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology, which records real‑time reactions and sentiment.
- Participating in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner market‑research firms to discuss your experience.
- Submitting written reviews and feedback in a timely manner, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
- Maintaining the product in good condition and returning it in accordance with the project’s guidelines.
Essential Qualifications
- Age 18 or older.
- Reliable computer and high‑speed internet connection.
- Access to a digital camera or a smartphone capable of taking high‑quality photos and videos.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow step‑by‑step instructions.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Honesty, reliability, and a genuine curiosity about new products.
- Commitment to a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work up to 25 hours.
Preferred (but not required) Skills
- Experience with mobile app usage or basic tech proficiency.
