The Inside Sales Agent will manage warm and aged leads, qualify prospects, book and confirm appointments, maintain accurate CRM records, and help improve scripts and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Work a dedicated pool of warm-to-aged leads via dialer — 250+ dials/day
• Qualify prospects on motivation, timeline, and financial readiness
• Book and confirm appointments for our agents (not just "set and forget" — you'll follow up to make sure people actually show)
• Log reputed company call, text, and outcome in our CRM with clean notes
• Work closely with the team to refine scripts and improve show/qualify rates over time

Skills

• 1+ year of phone sales, ISA, call center, or inside sales experience (real estate a plus, not required)
• Comfortable making high call volumes daily without losing reputed company or tone
• Strong listener — able to reputed company objections and re-engage skeptical, older leads
• Organized and CRM-disciplined; nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
• Coachable — we review calls and iterate on scripts reputed company
• No real estate license required
