Team Carney is hiring an Instructional Designer to support a federal client, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), in modernizing its training curriculum. The role develops storyboards, scripts, and interactive assessments for 25 eLearning modules based on the redesigned curriculum.

Responsibilities

• The Instructional Designer will be a core member of a dynamic team responsible for the comprehensive modernization of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) training curriculum
• You will collaborate within the development teams to write storyboards, scripts, and interactive assessments for the 25 target eLearning modules based on the redesigned curriculum

Skills

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or English
• Strong technical writing capabilities
• Experience turning highly technical, legal, or procedural regulatory documents into digestible course flow
• Working in a Government contracting environment experience requested
• Recent USPTO and Patent program experience preferred
