About the Opportunity: The REMOTE INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE serves as a primary contact for customers, delivering responsive support for policy inquiries, account updates, and billing questions. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and assisting with service needs through clear communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service via inbound phone interactions. Assist with policy servicing requests, updates, billing inquiries, and general questions. Explain insurance products and policy details within non-licensed scope. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records. Research and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction. Navigate multiple systems to access account information and complete transactions. Follow company policies, compliance, and quality standards. Transfer customers to licensed agents when necessary. Meet performance expectations for quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional and empathetic handling of customer concerns. Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to learn insurance concepts, processes, and systems. Proficiency with computers and multiple applications. Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in a structured environment. Customer service experience preferred (minimum 1 year). Work at home experience preferred (1 year). Experience in call center, healthcare, banking, retail, hospitality, or insurance environments preferred. Experience with customer accounts, billing inquiries, or account maintenance preferred. Ability to meet quality and productivity goals preferred. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Starting pay of $16.50 per hour for a 40-hour work week. Top Insurance Service Representatives may earn an additional $3 per hour plus bonuses.
