About the Opportunity: The REMOTE INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE role is designed to deliver high-quality customer service by acting as a primary contact for clients. This position is responsible for managing inquiries related to insurance policies, billing, and account updates, ensuring customer concerns are resolved efficiently. The role significantly contributes to customer satisfaction and retention by maintaining clear communication and supporting policy administration without requiring insurance licensing. Responsibilities: Provide customer support via inbound phone calls. Assist with policy servicing requests, updates, and billing inquiries. Explain insurance products and policy details within non-licensed scope. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Research and resolve customer issues to ensure positive experiences. Use multiple systems to access account information and complete transactions. Follow company policies, compliance, and quality standards. Identify when to escalate issues to licensed agents. Achieve performance targets for quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional and empathetic customer issue handling. Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Willingness to learn insurance concepts and systems. Computer proficiency with ability to navigate multiple applications. Detail-oriented within a structured work environment. Preferred: minimum one year customer service experience. Preferred: one year work-at-home experience. Preferred: experience in call centers or related industries. Preferred: familiarity with customer accounts and billing inquiries. Preferred: track record of meeting quality and productivity goals. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Starting wage is $16.50 per hour for a 40-hour work week.
