Qualifications

Life Insurance License preferred but not required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Coachable, self-motivated, and dependable Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required Ethical, client-focused mindset Compensation & Structure Independent Contractor (1099) Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential Vested commissions from day one Performance bonuses and incentive opportunities available Flexible remote work structure
