Pearlman Group is seeking an IT Marketing Product Data Analyst to support and optimize its digital ecosystem, including corporate websites and eCommerce platforms. The role connects Marketing, IT, and third-party partners to maintain accurate product data, strong site performance, and revenue-generating initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Adobe Commerce (Magento) platforms (GranQuartz and Excel)
• Maintain corporate and eCommerce websites
• Execute platform updates, testing, and validation
• Monitor site performance and customer experience
• Support promotions, campaigns, pricing, and content updates
• Ensure alignment between marketing strategy and website execution
• Manage product feeds and Google Merchant Center integration
• Manage product data, images, documentation, and category structure
• Administer proprietary Product Information Management (PIM) system
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data
• Serve as primary liaison for Fluid Media (eCommerce Development)
• Create and manage development tickets
• Coordinate releases and validate system updates
• Support integration with SimpleApps (eCommerce to P21 and PIM)
• Support order flow to Epicor Prophet 21
• Manage pricing synchronization
• Troubleshoot outages and performance issues
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Support implementation of security and performance improvements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, product data, or digital marketing
• Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento)
• Experience managing vendor relationships
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred Prophet 21)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PIM systems
• Familiarity with Google Merchant Center
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic)
• Understanding of web performance optimization
