Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Swoon is seeking an IT Systems Operations Analyst to support SAP Ariba procurement systems. The role resolves functional issues, coordinates testing and system changes, and partners with procurement, IT, finance, sourcing, risk, and vendor stakeholders on system solutions and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for procurement system issues and complex user inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve system defects process issues and data discrepancies
• Escalate technical issues to IT and vendors when required and track through resolution
• Analyze recurring issues and implement sustainable corrective actions
• Support incident management and service request fulfillment through established intake processes
• Coordinate and execute system testing activities including User Acceptance Testing UAT
• Develop test scripts and document testing results
• Support implementation of approved enhancements and process improvements
• Participate in release management change governance and deployment activities
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define functional requirements and validate solutions
• Serve as a liaison between Procurement IT Accounts Payable Strategic Sourcing TPRM and external vendors
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Provide recommendations for process standardization automation and operational efficiency
• Support strategic initiatives and digital transformation efforts impacting procurement systems

Skills

• Hands-on SAP Ariba experience is required
• 4+ years of experience supporting, administering, or configuring SAP Ariba procurement solutions
• Experience administering and maintaining SAP Ariba modules, configurations, workflows, catalogs, templates, and master data
• Strong experience with approval workflows, routing rules, and system configuration
• Experience creating and maintaining contract templates, forms, conditions, questionnaires, and procurement content
• Experience supporting supplier enablement and Ariba Network integrations
• Experience maintaining commodity codes, taxonomy structures, and classification data
• Experience troubleshooting interfaces, integrations, batch processing errors, system defects, and data discrepancies
• Experience providing functional production support for procurement systems and resolving complex user issues
• Ability to investigate recurring system/process issues and implement sustainable corrective actions
• Experience supporting SAP Ariba upgrades, releases, configuration changes, and deployments
• Experience with UAT and functional testing, including creating test scripts, executing test cases, and documenting results
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions
• Experience partnering with Procurement, IT, Accounts Payable, Strategic Sourcing, TPRM, and external vendors
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and P2P workflows
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
