Dew Software is seeking a JAMF Administrator / Apple Device Management Engineer to manage JAMF Pro and Apple devices in an enterprise environment. The role focuses on device deployment and configuration, endpoint security and compliance, integrations with Microsoft and identity platforms, and hands-on technical support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer JAMF Pro for Apple device management
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot macOS and other Apple devices
• Manage device enrollment, policies, configurations, software deployment, and security compliance
• Support Apple endpoint management and enterprise IT environments
• Integrate JAMF with Microsoft technologies and identity management platforms
• Provide hands-on technical support and resolve endpoint management issues

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with JAMF Pro / JAMF administration
• Experience managing macOS and Apple devices in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), device deployment, configuration profiles, and endpoint security
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 / Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, and enterprise endpoint integrations
• Experience supporting hybrid enterprise IT environments
