The Junior Enterprise Account Specialist supports enterprise client accounts by responding to inquiries, monitoring performance, coordinating meetings, and working with internal teams and third-party agencies to improve dealer satisfaction and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of enterprise client accounts, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and support
• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams
• Help coordinate client meetings and presentations
• Stay informed about industry trends and Dealer eProcess products to provide informed recommendations to clients
• Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
• Partner with third-party agencies to develop and implement effective dealership strategies

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with clients
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
