Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Alpha Hub is building an AI-powered platform connecting founders, investors, and accelerators across private capital markets. The Junior Outbound Growth Associate will develop the outbound growth engine through prospecting, personalized outreach, CRM management, community engagement, and founder feedback, with success measured by qualified conversations, demos, signups, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect founders through LinkedIn, venture-capital portfolios, accelerator programs, and startup communities
• Send personalized LinkedIn requests and outbound emails to founders and investors, supported by structured follow-up
• Research venture-capital portfolios, identify high-fit startups, and add relevant founders to the pipeline
• Build relationships with accelerators and incubators by offering useful resources and partnership opportunities to portfolio companies
• Maintain complete and accurate CRM records, including contact details, roles, companies, and fundraising stages
• Engage authentically in founder communities, including Reddit, Y Combinator, Indie Hackers, and relevant Slack groups
• Schedule and run founder feedback calls, capturing pain points, feature requests, referrals, and next steps
• Publish LinkedIn content, book meetings and demos, and maintain the weekly KPI report and CEO dashboard

• Comfort with high-volume outbound activity and the resilience to keep moving through rejection
• Clear, personable writing and the judgment to personalize outreach rather than rely on generic templates
• Strong organization and the discipline to keep CRM records and follow-up commitments current
• Genuine curiosity about startups, venture capital, and the founder journey
• A self-directed approach and comfort working through ambiguity in an early-stage team
• Experience in sales development, business development, community management, or an early-stage startup
• Familiarity with founder communities, accelerator networks, CRM tools, or outbound prospecting platforms
