The Lead Data Engineer will architect, scale, and evolve a customer-facing analytics platform while setting engineering standards, mentoring engineers, and driving data initiatives from concept through production.

Responsibilities

• Help architect, scale, and evolve a customer-facing analytics platform
• Influence architecture

Skills

• 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in Data Engineering
• Strong SQL, Python, and data modelling expertise
• Experience with dbt, PostgreSQL, or MPP databases
• Healthcare, health-tech, or public sector data experience
• Experience building and scaling ELT pipelines and large data platforms
• Hands-on experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools
• Technical leadership experience mentoring engineers and driving architecture decisions
• Must be US - based
