The role supports attorneys in defense litigation by preparing legal documents, managing schedules and e-filing, communicating with clients, and maintaining files and provider coordination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and review legal documents
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and court appearances
• Manage e-filing duties quickly and efficiently
• Handle client communications with poise and professionalism
• Help maintain organized client files and records
• Coordinate with third-party service providers, ensuring smooth collaboration
• Embrace challenges with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
• Become subject matter expert on all client quirks and preferences

Skills

• 3+ years of related experience and/or training in Workers Compensation litigation; or equivalent combination of education and experience with litigation
• MS Office Suite Knowledge a must
• Aderant Total Office (ATO) knowledge a plus
