Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dexian is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking Data Entry Specialists for a high-volume legal data validation project. The role reviews closed case files, validates case information, and accurately enters and updates case data in Excel and/or Litify.

Responsibilities

• Review closed matters to determine whether the recorded closure reason is accurate
• Validate case information based on established guidelines (training provided)
• Enter and update data accurately in Excel and/or Litify
• Record court information and other required case details
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting productivity expectations
• Follow established processes and quality standards

Skills

• Experience with MS Excel required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
• Excellent organizational and data entry skills
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and work independently
• Experience with Litify is preferred
