Responsibilities

• Create expert-level legal tasks and solutions across contract, litigation-support, and legal-research workflows
• Evaluate and refine tasks to meet quality standards for accuracy, clarity, and practical applicability
• Work under senior review and incorporate calibration feedback to continuously improve task quality
• Apply rubric standards and guidance established by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead

Skills

• 3 8 years of legal practice
• JD or equivalent legal qualification with active US bar admission
• Strong experience in contract drafting, litigation support, and legal research
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and translate them into practical, high-quality tasks
• Paralegals and Legal Assistants should not apply
